The sales training was extremely informative and inspiring. The practical exercises helped me to improve my sales techniques and develop new strategies. I was able to experience a very interesting training session with lots of great food for thought and great ideas. The quality of the presentation was excellent. Mr. Sajdak has a very emphatic manner that supports active participation and gives you recommendations for action that stay in your head and can be implemented easily, efficiently and successfully in practice.

Thomas' sales training was one of the best - perhaps THE best - confidence training I have experienced in my career so far. I could highlight many excellent aspects ... For me, it was significant that in all the training sessions with Thomas, no participant looked at their laptop or cell phone. All participants were captivated from the first to the last minute. I've never experienced that before. I can really recommend the content and method of this training.

I would absolutely recommend it! It was a great two-day seminar. Thomas creates a great "learning environment" with his pleasant way of imparting knowledge. I took a lot away from the seminar. The memory cards are brilliant and the content was conveyed so effortlessly and vividly that I was amazed at how entertaining the seminar was. You also had to take center stage yourself, but I particularly enjoyed this challenge at the end. Thank you very much!

I was able to answer all the questions with the full number of stars. It was my first management seminar. I therefore have nothing to compare it with. However, what we were offered in this seminar exceeded all my expectations and I can therefore give it full marks. I cannot rate the price-performance ratio as I have no information on this.

You can tell that Thomas Sajdak loves his job. He has totally infected us participants with this joy, so that learning new building blocks in communication and leadership topics is a lot of fun. The regular practical exercises and time between the workshop days mean that the points learned are also practiced in day-to-day work. Small homework assignments also encourage reflection between workshops. What I like best are the memory cards and the method of incorporating the most important points into practice in the long term.... but you'll have to find out for yourself :-)

Mr. Sajdak's appreciative manner creates a pleasant atmosphere and motivates active participation. In no situation did I have the feeling that I was being shown up. Rather the opposite was the case, I had the feeling that I had more "confidence" than in other training courses of the same kind. The adaptation of the content to practical application in everyday working life was excellent. The professional competence convinced me.

The training was highly professional yet warm and relaxed. Thomas' presentation style is very interactive and invites you to learn, participate and question. I think the thematic weighting of the units was very successful. In some cases, certain theses were too generalized for me, but this is certainly due to the didactic training objective and the limited time available. The feedback for all participants after the individual practical exercises, on the other hand, was highly detailed and very individual.

At the same time, it is always important to capture the shades of gray.
