Tina Lotz took the audience on a journey at the 7th Night of Speakers. On a journey into the land of emotions. According to statistics, every 10th person is "emotionally blind". In other words, they cannot perceive or name their own feelings. And the trend is rising. Tina Lotz herself has experienced what it's like not to feel or be allowed to feel anything. "Don't be so emotional", she often heard as a child, and crying in front of other people was a no-go for her. Step by step, she has worked out everything that she now passes on to her clients and the coaches she trains. With the help of an emotion compass, she showed the guests that behind every feeling there is a need that is being violated. At the end of her insightful speech, she gave the guests two exercises that they tried out on the spot. These exercises are so simple that they are easy and quick to implement in everyday life. And if your emotions get the better of you and you're in danger of saying something you'll regret afterwards, then take two minutes in the hotel's own meditation room. Tina Lotz will tell you where it is.

I had the valuable opportunity to assist with Tina's emTrace® training. The collaboration was inspiring and professional at the same time. Tina is characterized by her in-depth expertise, her authentic manner and her ability to convey complex content in a clear and understandable way. Her positive charisma and empathy create a trusting learning environment in which you feel safe and valued.
As an assistant, I was able to experience first-hand how she supports the participants individually and gives them space to develop further. Her methodology is both practical and in-depth, so that participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also valuable personal experience.

First let me tell you how amazing Level 1 was. Not only did it open my eyes, but it also touched my heart. The methods we learned are so effective and heartfelt at the same time. We not only developed professionally, but also personally. It was as if we had all created an invisible kit between us - safe, supportive and full of warmth. The funny thing is that I couldn't keep my enthusiasm under control 😂- as soon as level 1 was over, wham, I was already signed up for level 2!

Let's move on to Tina Lotz, our wonderful instructor. A big round of applause for her! She carried us through the course with so much heart and soul. Her way of teaching is a perfect blend of expertise, humor and genuine human care. Tina knows how to make even the most complex topics understandable and accessible - and always with a smile on her face. Whether it was a joke to lighten the mood or a profound thought that got us all thinking, Tina always had the perfect timing. I am simply grateful for her company during this time!


In conclusion, I would like to say that anyone thinking about doing this training should not hesitate for a moment. The journey is incredibly rewarding, both on a personal and professional level. It feels like a great adventure where you always feel safe and secure. A huge thank you to Tina Lotz and all the wonderful people who are on this journey with me!

During my training I was able to get to know Tina as a coach and trainer and I can recommend her in every respect!
Tina (both as a trainer and coach) is empathic, structured, friendly and opens up spaces so that you can enter your own processes with confidence. The Emtrace method manages to go into depth, to face your own blockages so that they can then dissolve. This work really goes into depth and I was able to emerge from practicing (with my own issues) during my training absolutely invigorated.
In my opinion, the greatest task of a coach - apart from the methodology - is the ability to build trust so that the coachee feels safe and can confidently enter into their own processes. In my opinion, Tina has fulfilled this task one hundred percent and her treasure is her empathy and her perception!
She also demonstrated these skills in her role as an Emtrace teaching coach and here too I and the other participants were able to take a lot away with me and so I signed up directly for the Level 2 training!

Why I think Tina is the best trainer for EmTrace® training.

Because she has the gift of sharing her enthusiasm for emotion coaching and at the same time radiates a cheerful serenity, deep calm and absolute security.

I love her competent and cordial way of leading the group and keeping the space energetic (also online) in order to create an appreciative connection with the participants in the shortest possible time, where we are accepted in order to feel comfortable and be able to open up. The best conditions for learning and practicing new things.

She knows how to explain even complex issues in a humorous and understandable way. Her coaching demos show impressively and comprehensibly how skillfully and empathetically she guides her coachees through the processes and how she can squeeze the last drop of juice out of the lemon of a topic so that the coachee can leave the session relaxed and strengthened. I find it very inspiring to be able to watch a master at her favorite activity.

I also think it's great to practice the respective process with a colleague shortly afterwards in a breakout session to gain my own initial experience. It is particularly nice and reassuring when an assistant supervises this small group in the background and provides assistance if required.

Their continued support both in the WhatsApp group and at the monthly supervision sessions is also worth its weight in gold for me. If there are questions or challenges in our coaching sessions, she uses her strong intuition and gift to connect and to "read" and purely feel the energy fields of the coachees. In this way, she can give us valuable tips on which aspects to pay attention to and what she believes would be the best approach for this coachee in order to ensure successful coaching. Of course, she gives us the space to brainstorm our own ideas and suggestions beforehand, which always receive appreciative feedback.

Her expert blend of coaching and mentoring with a good dose of spirituality makes all the difference for me and I am very grateful to have been able to undergo the EmTrace® Emotions Coach training with her.

Tina inspired me in the very first emTrace emotion coaching session. I immediately felt how change works in the brain and that within a few minutes.

I came across Tina more or less by chance (there are no coincidences, right) and sat next to her for a while at an opening event. Somehow my intuition had already given me a feeling that there was a resonance here before I even knew who she was and what she did. Then I stumbled across her podcast and a few weeks later a topic caught up with me in my private life that I had probably put in the shadows for far too long. And bang - now it was clear who I was talking to ;-) I've just spent the first 4 double lessons with her and booked the next block straight away. Tina is so warm, empathetic and confidence inspiring! She is absolutely professional and at the same time manages to create a particularly inviting atmosphere on what feels like a friendly level to me. I felt very comfortable and, above all, welcome with all my very intimate and sometimes special issues. I know few people who are so non-judgmental and neutral. Then suddenly there's a text message, "hey, how are you?", or an offer of an appointment, because she has the feeling that now is the time to go deeper. I have already done a lot in the area of personal development, coaching and self-reflection, but this way of dealing with feelings, interpreting them or breaking new ground was new to me. I really like the work right now and will take a break after the second block to integrate it all - there seems to be a lot going on inside me - I have to process that first ;) Oh yes - Tina is very attentive - she remembers details and also the field that surrounds me in order to use her intuition holistically. I am looking forward to the next block, even if I have some respect - not everything in me is pleasant that wants to be illuminated - but when light comes into the dark, it is known to be permanently brighter and easier ;) Thank you Tina!
