We have found Mr. Bartsch to be a very competent and friendly real estate agent. All our questions were always answered in detail and to our satisfaction and he accompanied the process of our property sale from start to finish, be it with the preparation of the exposé, the selection of interested parties, the viewing appointments and subsequently the sales transaction. Thus it was not quite so difficult for us to part with our property. Thanks to Mr. Bartsch our property has been in good hands.

With Tobias Bartsch, we had an expertly trained companion at our side for the sale of our parents' house. We felt competently advised at all times. He took enough time for every question. Above all, we would describe him as friendly and reliable.
He adjusted our desired price upwards for us after the appraisal. In the end, this also paid off positively for all parties involved.
We would definitely sell our next property with Mr. Bartsch again!

When we decided to sell our house due to age, we didn't really know how to go about it. Pricing, modern ad placements on the Internet and price negotiations worried us. We then decided to sell with a realtor and have not regretted it, on the contrary. Three different brokers came, we then ultimately decided on Mr. Bartsch. The valuation of our property in Düsseldorf Flingern-Nord seemed to us at first very high, even exaggerated. The exposé was prepared quickly, and the property was marketed via the Internet. Mr. Bartsch does not work with newspaper ads at all, which surprised me a bit at the beginning. This is apparently no longer done so often. Then we had very timely viewing appointments, which were all well coordinated with us. After the fifth viewing, we found the buyer who was actually willing to pay the full price set by Mr. Bartsch. That was really great and I can really recommend that to anyone.

That's how you imagine it! Mr. Bartsch not only competently took care of the real estate search, but also always took time for me.

Above all, I needed to find a property very quickly and I came across Mr. Bartsch through recommendations from others. I have to say that after numerous realtors I have met while searching for apartments in various international projects, no one has ever engaged so quickly, knowledgeably and above all with such interpersonal concern.

THANK YOU and anytime gladly again!!! I have also recommended Mr. Bartsch directly to a colleague, who also tells me only positive!
