It was impressive how much Mrs. Hofmann knows about cheese and the other employees took great care of us and always refilled wine or added bread. One felt very comfortable and at the end we were even allowed to buy cheese. Gladly again!

Dear Mrs. Hofmann, you and your team are doing a great job. We were there for the 2nd time! Your knowledgeable explanations, enriched with their private and great professional experiences, contribute to a concentrated pleasure. Also the generous arrangement of the cheese plates, the refilling of the fine wines, is not a matter of course and pleases me as a customer, as a guest!...Yes you manage to create a very hospitable atmosphere. It was really great, so many cheeses tasted that you would not have dared to otherwise. The event really lives from the enthusiasm for cheese, and the great stories that were wonderfully presented.
