After several attempts to free my Hörmann sectional door from squeaking and banging, from Hörmann itself recommended contractors....
I was in despair what there are only for installers.
No one with desire and experience, everyone told me to live with it! WD40 sprayed and everything remained as it was. Money paid for nothing and people with unpleasant appearance in my sacred garage.
In addition, the squeak was so loud that is heard in the morning even our neighbors in bed!
After visiting felt infinite uselessness....
I have now tried again with the company tup.
All my fears were taken away from me by the specialist who was with us, because he has really racked his brains and has really done everything that was conceivable!
No, not in order to get hours! But because it was in his honor as a mechanic.
Cleanly worked without oil and grease stains on our switches and white walls to have, unfortunately, that was every time so with the predecessors!
The result is a very satisfied customer! Minimal squeaking that only sometimes still occur in low volume. So for me normal mechanical noise.
Good advice for the future of maintenance and ideas if there should be again disturbing noises.

Since this has probably all become rare in our experience, the company tup has won us as a permanent customer. We are pleased that very much service we offered for our house and outdoor facilities. Thus, we are now looking forward to a long reliable cooperation in everything that comes up over the years.
Absolute recommendation! Better still....be advised and installed by tup , because then you can also rely on later service.

TUP has been a reliable partner for us for several years. Particularly noteworthy are the fast response times and flexibility in the event of change requests.

Price/performance ratio is convincing.

After consulting with the management, my initial displeasure subsided as we were able to find a good solution and clear up any misunderstandings.
I was very impressed by the company's efforts to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.

We have experienced that the employee wanted to get hours out of it. The travel time calculation and the additional kilometer flat rate calculate for Berlin-Rudow, over 70 € incl. VAT. The technician had to phone his company again and again, these phone calls lasted a total of 40 minutes which he charged us with an hourly flat rate of about 60 €. The calculation and the tactics of the company are not serious!

The cooperation with TUP is long-term and highly recommended.

Many points here I could not yet evaluate after one order. Overall, everything went smoothly. The employees were friendly and gave the impression of helping you find the most favorable solution in the long term. All processes up to invoicing were transparent and speedy.

We searched the internet for quick help for our gate malfunction. In a friendly phone call, we were offered emergency service (within 2 hours) or an appointment in 2 days. Since the emergency service would be more expensive, we opted for the other appointment. The employees came on time, were friendly and competent and were able to fix the fault on the same day.

Overall good, but geared more towards business customers. A bit expensive for private customers.

We would hire this company again anytime.
