So I took the appraiser and the lawyer, but not the garage and the rental car. The surveyor contacted me an hour later for an appointment and the lawyer about the same time by email. Then I only had to sign a power of attorney and send it back and that was it. The expert came to me at work. The report was ready within a day and an hour later the lawyer had submitted the claim to the insurance company. I always received status emails about everything and didn't have to ask anything. The insurance company then reduced the damage with an inspection report, but paid everything after the lawyer followed up. I probably could not have done anything on my own. The whole thing took about three weeks and then it was done. Absolutely perfect, I had to do more or less nothing. I can recommend this with a clear conscience.
