I had some trouble figuring out where to request the death certificate because I initially started the process through the wrong county in Florida. After realizing the record was held in Broward County, I decided to use this service instead. The whole process was much simpler than I expected. The instructions were easy to follow, submitting the information didn’t take long, and I appreciated knowing what was happening at each step. I’ve now received the death certificate and everything was correct. After the confusion I had at the beginning, it was a relief to finally get the document without any further issues. Overall, the service made the process much easier and I’m very happy with how everything turned out.
