The cooperation with Videohelden was very agreeably in all steps of the process: they understood the briefing well and quickly and also posed some questions to think about together, the implementation and also quality was very good. What we appreciated especially: the communication throughout the entire process and that they also thought along themselves and came back to us if there was something unclear or something they thought might make not that much sense etc.
From the first contact with the video heroes, everything went well. In the end, we received an image film that even exceeded our expectations. We had a personal contact person at all times. Every one of our wishes was implemented and we ended up with a very nice image film.
