I suffer from chronic illnesses and am extremely critical when it comes to water filters. When purchasing a water filtration system, I not only look at the quality of the filter itself, but also customer service, price and overall quality. Volkswasser has exceeded all my expectations and I recommend it to everyone! The staff is always available, friendly and helpful. Also, my water tastes so good now that I easily drink 4/5 liters a day. I no longer use normal tap water! Thank you Volkswasser for this improvement in my life. I bought a water filter from Volkswasser on the recommendation of a friend! The delivery took only 2 days and the installation was done without any problems directly with the boss of the company via video call. Everything was explained to me in detail and it took me just under 1 hour and the device was ready for use! My family and I are really very happy with the quality and the purified water! I can really only recommend this company and the filter!!!:)

We are very enthusiastic about our new Volkswasser system. I've always had trouble finding still water that I like. As we have four children and use a lot of drinking water, we were considering either spending over €100 on crates every month or using a filter system. As most systems are very expensive to buy and complicated to install, we initially opted for a filter carafe from the supermarket. However, after just two weeks I didn't like the taste of these and at some point they also seemed quite unhygienic. Some time ago, a friend recommended the Volkswasser system to us. We have very little space in our new kitchen and were initially skeptical as to whether everything would fit. After we discussed everything via video call, the system arrived a few days later, I installed it myself and we are very happy with the filter system. The support is great, the tap is really well made and the water tastes very good.

The quality and taste is incredible. Lugging water around is now a thing of the past.

When drinking this water, you have the feeling and also the certainty of drinking pure water, which is good for the body and does not contain any stress... I would have wanted to hear about it much earlier...

A great alternative to cartridge filters....I don't regret for a second that I chose Volkswasser.

Very surprised how great the water tastes. I can only recommend it.

I immediately received a call in response to my inquiry and a lot of information was already provided over the phone. The prompt coordination of the appointment and the on-site clarification were very good. The same applies to the creativity of the installation under the sink. There were still connections from the dishwasher in the way to push the system completely into the cupboard. Mo simply cut a corner out of the casing and the compact unit now fits straight into the base cabinet. Great!

The water tastes wonderful. So nice and smooth, simply delicious. I wouldn't want to do without it any more.

I also have the impression that Volkswasser's aim is to make the good filtered water available to as many people as possible and not just to make a profit from it. With the monthly rental price, it is possible for more people to use a water system. There just needs to be more talk about the benefits of the system. The 'renting' thing is really unique.

Since I already have an extra faucet, I was even able to keep it and no new faucet had to be installed. I don't think any other company would have done that. That's what makes Volkswasser stand out for me.

I bought the filter 2 months ago and what can I say: the water is really great. I can only recommend the filters. Moe is a super friendly guy who makes it easy to solve any problems that arise quickly and professionally. Wonderful. Would do it again and again :)

Have previously only drunk tap water and became aware of Volkswasser on the recommendation of a friend. Fande the offer quite good and have decided for it, within a very short time Mo came over and has installed the system for me.

For me personally nen huge difference to know pure water without all the impurities to take. Water tastes much softer and clearer. From me a fullest recommendation and do not want to miss the plant more!
