I am very satisfied with the service. If someone wants the all-around happy package, he/she is in the right place at Voltark. However, no one at Voltark could help me with my individual question about integrating an electric heater in the water heater. "Voltark does not make such integration". Is of course a special solution within the user area, but I just wanted to know if the solar control can control the E-rod. Then asked the installing electrician and lo and behold, he could answer it immediately.

The advice was great, from the construction of our PV system to the final acceptance, everything was perfect. For questions from our side, the telephone contact was a bit bumpy but questions asked by mail were always answered quickly by mail. Can best recommend the company Voltark

We have received a good and reliable product. We are very satisfied with the installation and assembly. However, the implementation and communication was not always good and harmonious. Patience was needed. Probably, however, it is also due to the turbulent times. In the overall view, however, we are satisfied.

The company Voltark managed to install our system within a reasonable period of time despite adverse circumstances (solar modules were almost impossible to get due to the very high demand in 2022). In the process, communication, delivery as well as installation and further consultation went well.

We had a face-to-face meeting with a number of PV suppliers presenting themselves on the market. Our choice fell on the company VOLTARK. This company was also recommended to us in the circle of friends, because of the positive experience there. Everything that we rated as very good in the overall evaluation corresponds to the facts in our project.
Voltark had worked out and offered us a concept tailored to our house. The Voltark offer was higher than the competitors' offers, but the VOLTARK offer includes everything, virtually an all-round carefree package. Starting from the consultation to the high-quality components including warranties and the very good craftsmen, as well as a top time management (and that with the current market situation). Now we come to the apparently cheaper providers, in our opinion, not so high-quality, qualitative products. All the services included with VOLTARK would have had to be purchased optionally as an additional charge, then the bottom line would have been the same or more expensive. For our part, we have done everything right and we wish the young company only all the best and recommend it with pleasure. Thank you for a clean and sunny future.

Professional and friendly advice, planning and implementation of our project "Installation of a PV system ".

The plant is completely in line with my expectations and wishes. I felt understood and well advised. The communication with Voltark gets only a little deduction from me, because some concerns seem to be only passed through, but not further considered and I then do not know where my request just hangs. However, this may also be due to external influences, because the communication directly with Voltark e.g. in case of problems works. In any case, I give it a 100% recommendation.

I have had the system since the beginning of May and am very satisfied with the whole process, the contact with the employees and the execution. One changes very quickly the view of things (electricity consumption) and becomes much more sensitive. Great thing, I can only recommend it.
