I had no idea about courses for adults, I had my children's sport and now I wanted to do something for the adults. So why not introduce the hobby to others? I couldn't overcome my inner bastard for a long time, but I have to say it was so worth it. I am super happy that I did the training with Isa. The training is super easy to understand and the workbook is amazing. Isa was available to answer all my questions and always made time for me. She taught me a lot and above all showed me that you don't have to master everything perfectly to be a trainer. Step by step :-) I love Isa's manner, she is so motivating and inspiring, it's just so much fun with her.

Anyone who is thinking about bringing their hobby closer to others should definitely do the training with Isa. It's also worth it just to learn for yourself, to progress and to see what happens. I recommend it 100%.
I have so much to thank Isa for. Thank you for your time, thank you for your effort, thank you for your inspiration, thank you for your experiences, thank you for your help, thank you for your motivating nature, thank you for everything

I started the trainer training as a participant in VHS Hulahoop courses. The workbook, the Zoom sessions, the intensive day and the 1:1 coaching is super .... actually everything about this training. Many of the off-hooping exercises were new to me. I learned great combinations of off- and onhooping. The basics of hoop dance as a newcomer - really well explained. And of course lots of hoop fitness input. All in all, I can say that I now feel ready to give classes myself, from beginner to advanced, and above all I can make the classes varied. I can recommend this course to anyone who wants to teach classes. Marketing, tax office, insurance and so on are of course also covered. You are provided with all the information a trainer needs.

Isa's motivating manner helps immensely not to throw in the towel. ⭕It's just fun, especially because of her warm manner and funnily enough, although it's not a live online course, you get the feeling that she's standing right in front of you at this very moment and can see both the mistakes and the successes. 😊

At the beginning of the training I could only play around the hoop on both sides, in the training I have taken so much with me and learned techniques that I can now move around the room with the hoop and incorporate tricks and I will give my first hula fitness lesson next week without much excitement and I am sure that other participants will also learn to keep the hoop up and we will have fun hula together. I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to do more than just hula and wants to share the fun of hula with others and feel confident as a trainer.

Authentic, human, very likeable with a natural demeanor (sometimes losing balance, for example), the exercises are explained in great detail and, above all, in an understandable way. I would absolutely recommend the beginners' course.

You pass on your lifeblood to me and I am so grateful that you accompanied me during this time. It is so nice that you are such a good trainer and that you are happy with the participants about all their progress during the course.

Your workbook is wonderfully structured and I have learned a lot of tools here that I can pack in my "work backpack" and unpack in my lessons.

I myself am a completely inexperienced trainer. I came across Isa on Instagram by chance. Her reels/stories on Insta, her authentic, positive and energetic passion for hula hoop infected me soooooooo much that I spontaneously signed up for the trainer course.

The inputs, teaching videos, homework and teaching rehearsals were sooooo helpful. It really covers everything from A to Z that you need to get started as a trainer. It even exceeded my expectations and there were sooooo many "AHA moments" that were very instructive. If there is a little spark in you to become a hula hoop trainer, do it, do it. Isa will help and support you in every nook and cranny. You will not regret it. Without her I would not be a hula hoop trainer today.

I particularly liked the fact that beginners in hoop fitness and also beginners in hoop dance can find a part here. As a total beginner, you can see that there are different ways to work with a hoop. You can tell from the videos that Isa loves what she does.

When I started the training (individual with 1-1 accompaniment), I had already given courses. I was still missing a certificate to be able to give further courses, e.g. in gyms. The training helped me a lot, I learned a lot that I can now pass on in my courses. The content was very well described and filled and thanks to my 1-1 coaching support I have learned a lot. I learned a lot of new exercises in the area of fitness. Now that the training is over, I feel even more open towards my participants. It was a very nice and good experience to do this training. I would always recommend this training to others, you feel comfortable and you learn a lot. You can also look up the modules again after the training. Simply an excellent training course that I would do again and again. Many thanks again to a very good trainer.

I was so undecided as to whether I should do a trainer course. Is it worth it? Isn't it a waste of money? Will it really help me? ...Now that I've completed my training, I can say: .... I would do it again and again! The training with dear Isa has brought me so much. At the beginning of the course I had no idea what it takes to be a hula hoop trainer. I can train at home, but I can teach others who may not even have any experience...I couldn't even imagine that. In the course you receive so much input in all the important areas. From the beginning to the end of the course, you are given everything you need to know to get started as a trainer. Isa is always at your side and you can really come to her with any questions. There are also regular exchanges within the group, which allows you to share even more experiences and adventures. In the end, I feel much more confident about going down this path and I'm really looking forward to what happens next and that Isa and the other girls will continue to accompany and support me!
