I was a participant in a negotiation and communication seminar by Ms. Wirth. The contents of the seminar were well prepared and well structured with the help of (primary) scientific sources. The course and the individual seminar contents were clear at all times and also visible (flipchart).
For us seminar participants, the knowledge was conveyed in a very practical and entertaining way. I particularly liked the fact that Ms. Wirth addressed the specifics of our company in the area of professional negotiation and communication. In addition to the entertaining theoretical parts, we practiced a lot. It was actually one of the few seminars and training events in which I and other participants did not watch the clock.
As a trainer, Ms. Wirth involved the entire room by talking to all participants during the lectures and seeking eye contact. At the same time, she always seemed likeable and professional to me. You can tell that she herself was a manager in a large company and is a professional.
She always reacted professionally and appreciatively to questions and ideas from the participants and in conflict situations between the participants. Contributions from the audience were discussed constructively. The trainer came back to these contributions at a later time and looked at the content from a different angle. The effect on me was that she listened attentively to us participants and that our verbal contributions were important.
All in all, I can absolutely recommend the event and am already looking forward to the follow-up seminar.
