We have been customers of WSK for over 20 years, with all our private and business insurance policies (GP practice). We have just taken out new car insurance for a fully electric business vehicle. We received very good insurance, and thanks to intensive inquiries by WSK, the amount will be almost 50% less than the standard offer from the insurance company, without having to make any compromises - time-consuming for WSK, but worthwhile for us customers. Always friendly and competent advice, lots of patience. Our two adult children and my parents (around 90 years old) are now also customers of WSK and very satisfied. Special feature to be emphasized: even in questions about insurance / claims that are not insured with WSK, there is good advice and valuable insider tips on how to proceed. In the case of claims, WSK is usually an intermediary, i.e. many things are taken care of for me as the insured person, or I am at least given very intensive support in the process. Very important: as an independent insurance broker, the WSK is not limited to a few/specific insurance companies; you always have an optimal selection of insurance companies with the best current conditions. Contact is also made if certain insurance companies offer the same/better service at a lower premium. Compliments to the managing director, Mr. Klaus Kipp. Thanks to his pleasant and reassuring manner, combined with a high level of competence and good knowledge of human nature, he manages to give you the feeling that everything is good and will turn out well. Gives you a very good feeling of security. I experienced this particularly when I took over the insurance support for my elderly parents, who were previously with Alli... with all their insurance policies and were brutally left hanging when a claim occurred on vacation. Thanks to advice from Mr. Kipp, although they had no insurance with WSK, the matter was quickly resolved. Afterwards, all insurance policies were reviewed by WSK and some of them were taken out again, saving a lot of money overall with comparable benefits. Important to mention: very often we were told that the old insurance should not be canceled/replaced for various reasons - even though this would not result in any commissions for WSK. Conclusion: competent and friendly advice, geared to the needs / wishes of the customer. As an independent broker, you are offered the whole range of insurances. Always great transparency about the insurance policies on offer, comparisons with the market are provided by WSK. Excellent support in the event of a claim, where possible WSK negotiates with the insurance companies involved. Very honest assessment of the situation, always trying to explain the customer's wishes and legal/insurance requirements well and to show me as a customer the best way forward.
My recommendation: try it out for yourself, whether private or business, hardly any chance of being disappointed.
