I met Yvonne BUNGARDT in 2021 in the course of the Corona project FRESH-Up your Shop! and since then we have been in regular, informed exchange.

As a person, she inspires me with her unwavering passion for stationary retail, her practical experience, concise, without "frippery" and very concretely solution-oriented - always, even if sometimes unpleasant, to the point and relentlessly honest.

Ms. Bungardt is therefore not a consultant in the conventional sense. She accompanies her clients and their processes and strategies at eye level. And even if the road to a SUCCESSFUL offline business is sometimes rocky, she never loses sight of the big picture, let alone her infectious enthusiasm, and that's the only way consulting can be sustainable.

I can only recommend the company BLAUEN-IPPENDORF with their esteemed boss Yvonne BUNGARDT to every retailer who is willing to change something, who values clear statements, precise recommendations and great empathy.
