Dear Sir or Madam,

My DFV ZahnSchutz Exklusiv tariff has been with Deutsche Familienversicherung for 12 months, but you still do not cover any costs for my orthodontic treatment.

When I check my insurance policy, I see that I meet all the necessary requirements. According to my supplementary dental insurance conditions, orthodontic treatment costs should normally be reimbursed up to 100%.

Despite all the documents submitted and confirmation from the doctor, you have rejected my treatment costs several times. There is also no proper justification that one can understand.

At present, however, a procedure is still running with the ombudsman for private health insurance. I have been advised on this subject by the lawyer and have received very important information. If this continues to cause difficulties, I am considering termination as a last resort and will initiate proceedings to assert my legal rights.

Hands off this Deutsche-Familienversicherung(DFV). Not recommended at all. Since claim and reality does not quite fit and very poor service.

I chose the product myself on the basis of the offer. Since I still had a few explanatory questions about it, I turned to the telephone consultation. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, so I took out supplementary dental insurance together with my wife. We received the policies within a few days of submitting our applications to the agent. I'd be happy to come back again if anything comes up.
