Nils helped me a lot with my problem and I am very grateful for that.

I really liked the fact that he didn't give me any advice, but simply asked my subconscious to help me analyze and heal. before the treatment, i was very intellectual and thoughtful about life and especially about sex and very nervous and always thinking about what could go wrong. i was dissatisfied with myself and was trapped in a sexless relationship, had feelings of fear, duty and shame, during the treatment it got better bit by bit especially in my subconscious and way of thinking sometimes of course all that still came but just in the first weeks after the treatment i realized that it doesn't need any more medication at all because my mental strength is just there enough to enjoy sex and everything that goes with it it made me more confident present and aware especially the hypnosis sessions were very helpful, in the meantime i am already at 95% of what is possible and the love, joy and relaxation clearly prevail in bed and i feel like a modern sensitive man, thank you nils for all this, without your help i would not be where i am now, and of course i will continue to work on myself and thank you again.

I came to Nils because I had problems coming during sex. As a head person, I always thought too much and didn't really know what to do with myself. I came across Nils' services online and was impressed by his holistic Sexual Fit concept. In the 1-2 week (online) sessions, Nils was immediately able to build up a relationship of trust with me, which helped me/us to talk openly and honestly about my problems. The therapy began with a comprehensive questionnaire that dealt with my health situation as well as possible causes of my problems and thus provided a basis for further treatment. In the further course of the therapy, Nils then first approached the theoretical basics of why men encounter problems when it comes to sex. In the next phase, we then moved on to the first exercises in meditation and trance in order to narrow down the causes of my problem. My initial scepticism towards this approach quickly disappeared, as I noticed that this "drifting off into another world" brought out new thoughts in me and these also helped me to tackle the problem. In further sessions, my problem was then narrowed down further and further with the help of individual self-hypnosis and tips and solutions were derived from this. Overall, the entire therapy was always accompanied by "homework" that I had to do myself or with my girlfriend. This in turn helped me to approach this topic step by step and also to secure small successes. In addition, Nils and I also had a half-day session in his practice, which also gave me some good insights as a change from the online sessions. Nils always took a lot of time for me and always focused on the success of the therapy rather than a fixed hourly rate. And even though I still don't know exactly where my problems originally came from, I can say that my problems with coming have improved significantly since the therapy and my partner and I have had a lot more fun having sex again since then. So many thanks to you, Nils, you have helped me with something priceless :-) Therefore a clear and full recommendation!

After I realized that I can never come during sex I decided to start treatment with Nils. These were blockages that prevented me from my own happiness. In the beginning it is not easy to get involved, but you become friends with Nils very quickly and build a high level of trust because he has a lot of experience and always explains everything that happens well. At first you think it does not happen much but from a certain moment so many things dissolve and everything seems logical! You learn more and more about self-hypnosis to recognize your problems and to work on them, you are often amazed what Nils brings out of you, alone no chance. Now I am a different person, much more relaxed and the sex issue seems to be solved. The therapy doesn't just help with this issue, you can apply it to your whole life. It was a huge mountain of problems that I otherwise had and did not know at all, that has all disappeared into thin air. Since then I am much happier and have improved so many things about myself and at the same time everything is much better in the family, the people around you also benefit from it.
