That's how I imagine a good energy consultant: Clear statements to the building owner and the architect, no "maybe" or "one could".
No: that's the right way, eligible for subsidies, and that's how it's done.
The result: the maximum possible subsidy amounts are exhausted.

I found it very positive that - if Mr. Spengler was not directly available - I received a call back very promptly and my questions could be clarified immediately.
The entire process from the on-site visit to the completion of the documents to be submitted went very quickly, I would like to emphasize that again.
Regarding price-performance ratio: I have not compared, because Mr. Spengler has already given me a very competent impression during the first phone call and I can only confirm that in retrospect.

Energetic core renovation single house Stuttgart 2019.
With Mr. Spengler we had a super competent construction and project manager at our side, who dedicated himself to the project with full dedication. Everything from a single source, fair, transparent costs and everything in the estimated time frame in the highest quality perfectly executed.

Mr. Spengler was an extremely important partner for us in the renovation of our little house built in 1954, which has now become a gem on our street. His outstanding expertise and many years of professional experience were put to the best possible use for us, not only in the classic tasks as an energy consultant. He also took over the function of a construction manager during the redesign of the premises and thus replaced a costly architect. Through his many contacts, Mr. Spengler was able to recommend reliable tradesmen to us. We can really recommend Mr. Spengler with his obliging manner and thank him very much!
