The support was also super.
High-quality components.
Enerix could not be held responsible for the delays on the part of the network operator or its subcontractors for meter changes.
Would install a system from Enerix again at any time.

Poor
The PowerStorageSystem from the manufacturer RCT recommended by Enerix is very good in terms of efficiency, but only as long as it works. Unfortunately, there are problems with the quality of the inverter from RCT, perhaps only specifically with my system. My system has had serious functional problems since it was commissioned in December 2022. The replacement unit delivered in the meantime does not provide full functionality. Unfortunately, the delivery times for functional replacement units are apparently as long as for new units. A pity actually. I hope to get a fully functional system soon.

We work every day at full speed to process every complaint and every request as quickly as possible.
The first device that was complained about was delivered relatively quickly, but unfortunately this device was also defective.
As long as our specialist partner does not deliver the new replacement device, our hands are tied.

With over 80 ratings in the "very good" range, our customers can clearly see the importance we place on quality and service.

The consultation was carried out professionally by Mr. Wackermann online and on site in the Corona time.
The assembly of the PV system took place in a period of 6 months. This is not self-evident under the existing delivery conditions. Thank you for this.
The PV system works perfectly, the material is of high quality.
Only additional electrotechnical work was bumpy in our old building.
Solutions for this were found without problems.
The final meeting was conducted by Mr. Hornstein. Here, all ambiguities that still existed were discussed and recorded. The technical documentation is handed over clearly arranged in a nice folder. All registrations with the authorities were done by the company enerix.
For all those who want to install a sustainable PV system are in good hands with enerix Ostrach.

I was very satisfied with the support provided by Mr. Wackermann (Ostrach) in the course of preparing a quotation. I got to know Mr. Wackermann as an extremely competent and pleasant business partner.
Unfortunately, I could not accept the offer. The clear price difference of an offer comparable in quality caused me to make this decision.

Initially, there was no response to a detailed e-mail with attachments requesting a quote (admittedly, contacting us by e-mail is not the standard online form favored by enerix). After the initial personal contact was established, the consultation and preparation of the offer, including an on-site appointment, was quick, professional and friendly. Based on our all-around good impression of the company enerix Alb-Bodensee, we can trust that the delivery and installation of the system will be just as professional and on schedule as the consultation and preparation of the offer.
