I was advised well and very openly. All deadlines and commitments were met. Consultants, electricians and fitters are friendly and really very accommodating, spontaneous customer requests are taken into account in any case.
By phone it was not always easy to reach an employee. Emails were unfortunately not answered by every employee, but once you get a right one, no questions remain unanswered. The acceptance of the system was also very nice.
I would definitely order from Enerix again.

The communication with the contact persons was mostly insufficient. I had to ask repeatedly to get answers to my email or a callback from my technical contact.
The technical contact changed 2 times in the 6 months. For the acceptance of our PV system was account manager No. 3 with us who left a very good impression.
I received a reminder for the final payment, although not all services had been rendered and the system had not been accepted. When I complained to the bank about this letter, they also told me that they had not been informed that services were still outstanding.
On my last call on a Thursday, the announcement text told me that the employees were already on weekend and the business hours were Monday to Friday.
In general, I am positive about the craftsmanship, but quite annoyed with the customer service. There is a lot of potential for improvement for Enerix in this area.

I cannot recommend this gentleman. He tried to recommend us only a memory from SENEC or from SONNEN. Both types of storage are out of the question for us. He did not make an offer for the further work that is necessary.

Why offer a storage that has no benefit for you as a customer?

We offer only German quality.
Our employees are all permanent employees and not freelance sales representatives.
In addition, we have our own warehouse and our own roof assemblers and electricians, we do not assemble with subcontractors.

The PowerStorageSystem from the manufacturer RCT recommended by Enerix is very good in terms of efficiency. Unfortunately, there were problems with the inverter in my system, shortly after commissioning. Unfortunately, delivery times for replacement units are currently very long due to high demand. But Enerix has always been on the ball, and has solved the problem as quickly as possible given the current shortage situation, to my complete satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the system and the service from Enerix Alb Bodensee. I can recommend Enerix Alb Bodensee with a clear conscience.

The consultation was carried out professionally by Mr. Wackermann online and on site in the Corona time.
The assembly of the PV system took place in a period of 6 months. This is not self-evident under the existing delivery conditions. Thank you for this.
The PV system works perfectly, the material is of high quality.
Only additional electrotechnical work was bumpy in our old building.
Solutions for this were found without problems.
The final meeting was conducted by Mr. Hornstein. Here, all ambiguities that still existed were discussed and recorded. The technical documentation is handed over clearly arranged in a nice folder. All registrations with the authorities were done by the company enerix.
For all those who want to install a sustainable PV system are in good hands with enerix Ostrach.
