Because already with Senec memory houses are burned down. Neither help from Senec nor Enerix Lübeck
only excuses. Will turn on a lawyer who will sue extra against Senec and Enerix.

You address the circumstance of the so-called "conditioning operation" of the storage manufacturer SENEC.
This means that SENEC (according to its own information only as a precaution) in August 2023 unfortunately again set the series SENEC.Home V2.1. and SENEC.Home V3 via remote maintenance in a throttled operation (70% capacity).
The storage units display this in the app. The end customers have been informed by SENEC.
According to SENEC, the reason for this measure is a suspected technical defect in a storage unit in Middle Franconia and a storage unit in Lower Saxony. No persons were injured in either case. The investigation into the causes of the technical defect is still ongoing.
As compensation, SENCEC will pay an amount of 7.50€ per week on a goodwill basis for all affected storages until final settlement. To receive this amount, you have to register once and provide some device data (for more information, please call the service hotline +49 341 987 556 99 or service@senec.com).
We, as a dealer who has relied on SENEC memory products in addition to other memory products in the quality segment, trusted in the assurances given by SENEC after the first incidents with memory. According to these, the safety deficiencies were remedied and extensive commitments were made to replace the affected memories at the end customers. We are making full use of the means available to us as a specialist dealer to press these demands.
For legal reasons, we are not permitted to provide legal advice. In general, however, we consider it advantageous for end users to take the written route (registered letter) if the aim is to demand regulatory assurances from manufacturers. Previously calculated yield is almost 100% correct. Good advice, reliable care without having to call afterwards. Even touch-ups in the alignment of the elements were made reliably.
Hello, from the initial contact and on-site consultation everything went great. After completion, the photovoltaic system was already brought to our roof after 14 days and the storage is super fast implemented in this day and age. We can only recommend.
Wir brauchten eine individuelle Lösung auf einem Flachdach. Dies wurde professionell umgesetzt. Die Anlage läuft inzwischen tadellos.
