Positive: We are highly satisfied with the support provided by Mr. Alexander Hirsch from Enerix, who took care of our concerns with a high level of quality from day one. He was our contact at all times, not only during the quotation phase, and coordinated between the individual areas. Negative: The only unpleasant thing about working with Enerix is that both the quotation and the invoice contain the individual items, components and services, but not a breakdown into partial sums - only a total sum for the order. This is not transparent and simply not customer-friendly. But: Enerix offers high quality in the upper price segment and the good support from Mr. Hirsch made up for this disadvantage!

We were looked after by Mr. Schreiner. He seemed very competent and was able to answer all our questions exhaustively. We particularly liked the fact that he did not recommend a particularly large system, but one that was suitable for our circumstances. The punctuality and reliability of the entire company was particularly positive.

We bought a PV system from enerix Westerwald-Bonn in the summer and we are highly satisfied - even delighted - with the contact we had when requesting a quotation, the advice, the quotation and the installation and commissioning. Our wishes regarding the choice of components (Solarwatt / RCT) were taken on board directly and the resulting fixed price was fair. The delivery and scheduling of the installation was uncomplicated and was adhered to. The roof installation in midsummer (at 36 degrees) was carried out quickly and perfectly in accordance with our requirements for module placement with the desired symmetrical appearance. The electrical connection with adjustments to the power cabinet (APZ field & Co) and proper cable routing to the inverter and battery was also convincing. Everything worked perfectly and we can only recommend enerix Westerwald-Bonn with very good experiences. Thanks to the entire enerix team and our consultant Mr. Breitkopf for the services provided at a fair price!

The consultation was very detailed and informative. Planning and implementation within the time frame despite the high demand for photovoltaic systems. The company's own scaffolding was erected quickly and the PV system was on the roof on the same day. Mr. Dennis Schreiner and his team did a very good job.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Enerix.
What struck us positively was the good communication (in our case, especially but not only via Mr. Friedrich).
Yes, sometimes things go wrong (fitters can't arrive on time, smart meters not available). But we were always in the picture and always knew in good time BEFOREhand. In addition, our questions were answered reliably and quickly. It was very clear that the colleagues took good care of the issues. We see this as a confidence-building measure. Overall, the promised times were kept. We noticed very positively that an Enerix electrician was present during the acceptance by Bonn Netz. He immediately corrected minor issues that were preventing acceptance and thus enabled acceptance to take place on schedule. This does not seem to be the rule, because according to the Bonn Netz employee, he had completed 7 of 8 appointments the day before without acceptance.
We would approach Enerix again, e.g. if we decide to buy an electricity storage system after all.

The project management by Mr. Daniel Scherm was competent, reliable, committed and friendly. The advice on the design of the system and its components was by far the most competent of the competitors we approached. As customers, we felt we received first-class support from Mr. Scherm. The installation of the roof PV was carried out by a competent team that worked very neatly and cleanly. Unfortunately, the same did not apply to the installation team for the inverter and storage system. Rework was necessary here, but this was then carried out promptly and cleanly, so that we are satisfied with the overall result.

The advice provided by Mr. Alexander Hirsch (who later became the project manager) was excellent. The craftsmen used did a top job. The material used is of very good quality. However, a few things went wrong with the coordination of the tradesmen's work on my project. Mr. Hirsch really made a great effort to limit the damage, but even he couldn't iron out everything that the dispatchers at the head office messed up.
But at the end of the day, the system has worked perfectly so far and looks good.

We were extremely satisfied, the deadline and price were met, quick and professional installation and processing as well as immediate access to the grid to feed in (in Cologne it currently takes 8 months until the system can be connected to the grid). In addition, the very good and nice advice from Ralf Klein, really top.

In March of this year, we asked a satisfied customer to contact Enerix-Westerwald so that we could receive an offer for a PV system with battery storage.
The project manager, Mr. Ralf Klein, contacted us shortly afterwards and explained various options in detail and competently in a personal appointment on site. At our request, he immediately sent us an initial written offer including a possible installation date in August.
After this first appointment, it was already clear to us that we wanted to realize the project with Enerix-Westerwald and Mr. Klein.
Any requests for adjustments to the quotation (type of modules, size and make of battery storage system) were dealt with quickly and in detail.
The installation dates were confirmed in advance and adhered to. All Enerix employees, whether for the roof installation or for the connection of the system, were extremely friendly, competent and worked very carefully and cleanly. Enerix also carried out the necessary registrations with the grid operator.
During the entire project phase, Mr. Klein was always available to answer our questions.
Based on our experience, we can recommend Enerix-Westerwald and Mr. Klein without reservation!

We were looked after by Mr. Hirsch from start to finish. Apart from minor problems, the installation of our photovoltaic system with storage went smoothly. Problems were analyzed and resolved very quickly. Mr. Hirsch was always available and very committed. Conclusion: We would build with Enerix again and can recommend them with a clear conscience.
