You have a great coach at your side who monitors everything, who checks that you are doing everything right, who supports you with questions and problems. So you are not alone. This concept doesn't involve a typical diet, you don't have to give up anything and yet you lose weight. What I have learned is that we often eat far too little. With the medical body analysis, everything is monitored regularly, because: weight is not always the decisive factor. It's about so many other aspects. You automatically learn to eat what your body really needs. It is great that you are taken by the hand. If you want, you can work out together or they show you exercises to do at home. I am glad that I came across such a great concept and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fitter, live healthier and perhaps has already tried countless diets and so far just nothing has helped.
