Für mich war das Gespräch mit Kati eine Wohltat und hat mir die Augen geöffnet für ganz grundlegende Dinge, auf die ich bis dato nicht geachtet hatte, weil ich sie für selbstverständlich gehalten hatte. Da ich dadurch nun Zugang zu einem anderen Blickwinkel habe, bin ich deutlich selbstbestimmter und ganz Vieles ist dadurch auf einmal so viel leichter geworden!

Bei Kati meine persönlichen Challenges im Emotionscoaching und der Ressourcen Stärkung zu bearbeiten erweiterte meine Perspektive auf meine Themen und meine Toolbox mit den Challenges umzugehen. Wir konnten in tierspezifische Themen eintauchen, welche in der parallel bei mir laufenden Psychotherapie nicht ganz so viel Platz haben. Der mich begleitende Psychotherapeut war begeistert über die Arbeit die ich gemeinsam mit Kati gemacht habe und nun bearbeitet zur Psychotherapie mitbringen konnte.
Tierische Herausforderungen sind so vielschichtig und dann und wann etwas speziell. Kati unterstützt und analysiert mit ihrer Expertise auf vielschichtige, mir hilfreiche Art und Weise. 🫶🏻

Dank Katis Begleitung ist Ich-sein eine realistische Alternative geworden und ich weiß, dass ich bei ihr immer einen geschützten Raum finde, in dem ich meinen Emotionen sicher begegnen kann. Wir haben zusammen Wege entworfen, die für mich auch im Alltag gut funktionieren und mit denen ich dann tatsächlich auch selbständig Situationen bewältigt bekomme - also nicht der drölftausendste Tipp, mit dem man am Ende eigentlich auch nur wieder am Anfang steht. In den letzten Monaten konnte ich mich so immer mehr selbst befähigen, ohne dass dabei Bedürfnisse auf der Strecke bleiben mussten, ganz im Gegenteil.

Kati hat es in jedem Emotionscoaching geschafft mich mit ihrer Vorgehensweise , ihrer Art und den angewandten Methoden völlig zu verzaubern. Die Arbeit war sehr sehr persönlich, individuell und ich habe mich danach immer viel besser gefühlt. Die Werkzeuge, die man von Kati an die Hand bekommt sind unfassbar hilfreich und ich würde Kati jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
