In terms of spare parts procurement, it was the only store that could help me very helpfully and quickly. One could assume that some Hymer agencies are doing too well and no longer feel like looking after spare parts (small things).
Our contact person, Mr. Grimm, is not only very friendly and courteous, but also technically very competent and highly reliable and is characterized by swift action. You don't find employees like this everywhere. We felt that we were in good hands with him in a real emergency situation.

Have a Hymer representation in the vicinity but once been there then never again. No comparison with Bad Waldsee.
I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly, competent, absolutely reliable support provided by Mr. Grimm - acceptance of the caravan and collection after the repair - who always kept me informed of any postponements on the part of the Truma company. I felt very well looked after.
Simply Incredible !!!! We have packed our caravan and wanted to go on vacation in the evening when we noticed that the taillights did not go....also driven the next day to the Hymer Center had no spare parts there and simply took from a new vehicle 2 new taillights so that we could start our vacation !!!! We booked a motorhome in October 2020 for 2 weeks in May 2021. From that day on, we were given the best advice and also shortly before taking over the vehicle (Corona conditional) on possible cancellation and short-term postponement of the date. The handover of the vehicle was friendly, calm and understandable. Likewise the return. After handing over an evaluation card with the remark "Hat's passd?" a saying immediately came to our mind "Go straight to the blacksmith and not to the Schmiedle".

After an accident for which we were not responsible, the complete side panel of our new Hymer B680 had to be replaced. For the good execution of the repair work, I would like to say my thanks to the workshop that have restored the vehicle to an original condition.

We had some very specific problems with our car (S550 built in 1990). During our vacation in France in 2020, we had an accident in which the entire driver's side was slashed. Since here also essential built-in parts (fresh water access, toilet disposal, supply and exhaust air boiler, etc.) were damaged and to make matters worse also the turn signal housing in the front and some more, we were very worried whether all this could be restored true to the original. After a few phone calls with Mr. Grimm, the head of the accident repair department, our worries were allayed, especially since an employee was involved in the repair who still knew this class of vehicle from his own experience in manufacturing. In summary, we can only express our heartfelt thanks to all those involved. This is especially true for Mr. Grimm, who always answered all questions patiently, kindly and understandingly and supervised the project until the end.
From the first contact to the telephone consultation we were highly satisfied with Mr. Zeiler, unfortunately we had to make bad experiences with the competition here in the area.
