Last year we broke a spring on the body door lock, and this year the driver's door lock on our Hymer is defective. In both cases, our Hymer dealer in Fuldatal left us completely hanging.

In an accident in Italy, a motorcyclist crashed into the left side of our WoMo (B 654 SL) and slashed it from front to back. Due to the impact we touched the guardrail with another damage in the front, right. Total damage: 20.000,-- Euro.
Mr. Grimm and his team repaired the vehicle with impressive competence. The camper is now as good as new - although it is already 12 years old. The team showed particular skill in matching the metallic color. There is absolutely no difference between the repaired and the old part.

It starts with the friendly girls at the reception, who really try hard in these chaotic times (Corona / parts availability) to allocate an appointment, which they manage but super. The service technicians Mr. Zeberg and Mr. Zeiler have advised me professionally and reliably (in case of problem immediately recall). And the workshop has done its job to my complete satisfaction.
Tip to GL, provide a few e-scooters with which the waiting times at the service can be bridged by a tour of BW one or the other will then also buy a scooter on the spot ;-)
Many thanks to the accident repair team under Mr. Grimm and the service under Mr. Kibele, who stood by us with advice and action, accommodating and very friendly, accompanied me as the injured party through this unfortunate situation. I will be very happy to come back again!
This is the third time we have been a customer of the Hymer Center Bad Waldsee and each time we have been completely satisfied. We are happy to put up with a long journey because both the advice and the execution of the work were very good every time. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and I would like to highlight Mr. Zebergs, who always answered my questions to my complete satisfaction, both by e-mail and in person. I will continue to use the services of the company and can only recommend them!
In terms of spare parts procurement, it was the only store that could help me very helpfully and quickly. One could assume that some Hymer agencies are doing too well and no longer feel like looking after spare parts (small things).
Our contact person, Mr. Grimm, is not only very friendly and courteous, but also technically very competent and highly reliable and is characterized by swift action. You don't find employees like this everywhere. We felt that we were in good hands with him in a real emergency situation.

Additional but necessary work was carried out independently. The agreed deadlines were also met. We have always been satisfied and will continue to remain customers despite longer journey. Have a Hymer representation in the vicinity but once been there then never again. No comparison with Bad Waldsee.
I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly, competent, absolutely reliable support provided by Mr. Grimm - acceptance of the caravan and collection after the repair - who always kept me informed of any postponements on the part of the Truma company. I felt very well looked after.
Simply Incredible !!!! We have packed our caravan and wanted to go on vacation in the evening when we noticed that the taillights did not go....also driven the next day to the Hymer Center had no spare parts there and simply took from a new vehicle 2 new taillights so that we could start our vacation !!!! I had my Eriba Troll Ocean Drive for just under 1 week for repair at the Erwin Hymer Center.
From the first email contact to the handover after the repair, everything was highly satisfactory!!! Highly professional and very friendly advice is given. My caravan was repaired expertly!
