Both our move from the old store platform and our latest relaunch were a complete success. We have not only relied on a new technology and thus set the course for the future, but also felt a direct covnersion uplift. Through the joint development of the project with Juliane, our store is not only faster (Google Page Speed mobile 27-> 55), but also clearer and more user-friendly. The exchange with other team members and also with Patrick are always inspiring and therefore a clear recommendation from our side. Keep it up!

Basically, I'm satisfied with the result and I learned a lot, but not all my expectations were fully met and I still have a lot of work to do. In my case, it would have been better to start working with an existing store first, instead of right at the beginning of the idea. Nevertheless, I will recommend Eshop Guide to others.

The customer service is top notch. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and efficiently. Not only are they extremely professional, but they also demonstrate a deep knowledge of their work.

The quality of service they delivered was very satisfactory. They helped us present our store edelrostshop.de in a way that best showcases our Rostikal brand.

I am completely satisfied with Eshop Guide and can only recommend it. Every question is answered quickly and also processed. During the construction of the UNYK Cosmetics website, my contact person Mr. Witter gave me great advice. If something was not possible, I immediately got a new solution. Alex Witter was always there for us with advice and support throughout the entire duration of the project and provided a lot of important input. His friendly, professional and relaxed manner always picked us up and so we enjoyed the project more and more. No matter how many questions we asked, he always took the time to explain everything to us calmly and even when we contacted him by mail, we always received information very quickly and could continue working. We are very satisfied with the service and the handling of Eshop-Guide and we are extremely happy with Alex as our contact person, top guy!

E-Shop Guide / Christian Hensen have together with me "put my shop". Because I was very satisfied with this, I subsequently booked the Expert Service package. I am also highly satisfied with this. As a start-up I turn over every euro twice and as a founder I am very critical with my service providers. Christian is the perfect contact person for me. Small updates, even with minor code adjustments he does himself, sometimes even on-the-fly. That would cost me hours of research in Shopify forums. When it gets more complex - and expensive - he has a good eye for 80/20. I never have the feeling that unnecessary up- and cross-selling is pushed on me. Instead, we rock the thing together - hopefully :-). In any case, an unqualified recommendation for the Expert Service.
