From the first very pleasant and informative consultation with Mr. Cena in mid-January, to the placing of the order at the end of January and the commissioning of the system at the beginning of March, everything went to our complete satisfaction. Communication with the office staff was very friendly and the agreed deadlines were met perfectly. The work teams (roof installation, electrical installation, commissioning) were all very pleasant and completed the work to our complete satisfaction. These are professionals who work very efficiently and cleanly. We can only recommend the company ESS Kempfle.

From the consultation to the feedback meeting, everything went very well and professionally. We obtained several offers and decided on a product from ESS Kempfle GmbH. From today's perspective, it was the right decision. We received detailed advice from Mr. Stock. During the planning phase, ESS Kempfle was flexible and modified and adapted the components of the system according to our wishes. Communication during the scheduling of the installation was excellent. The fitters worked diligently, cleanly and thoroughly, both during the roof installation and the electrical installation, and did a great job. Special mention should be made of the extremely friendly electricians from Jänsch, the company commissioned with the job. Unfortunately, the defective inverter had to be replaced a few days after commissioning. But this also went smoothly under warranty. The system is now running smoothly and we are very satisfied. Even after the PV system was commissioned, we found ESS Kempfle GmbH to be a partner who is always available to deal with our concerns and who cares about customer satisfaction.

The ESS-Kempfle team was very competent and customer-friendly in the consultation, planning, execution and installation of the PV system. The offer was transparent and detailed. The professional, prompt handling of questions and concerns was outstanding. The PV system with Solaredge components must now prove the good impression of quality in the future. Bureaucracy and the grid operator were probably responsible for the sometimes long waiting times between the individual appointments.

The consultation was very professional. In particular, a clever solution for module distribution on both sides of the roof was proposed, which optimized self-consumption. The installation teams were also very professional. Only the birdblocker installation could have been better in terms of implementation. But this was rectified very quickly.
All in all, I can only recommend ESS-Kempfle, as the customer service in particular responds to questions or concerns within 24 hours.

The same consultant was always available for the entire order processing and installation process and could always be contacted promptly. The installation went smoothly, the fitters were very nice, friendly and found a solution for every "little problem" on site.
This is what craftsmanship should be like: Fast, clean and the price is right.
