Thank you for your assessment. A deregistration certificate has no longer been issued by the registration authorities since 2005. Unfortunately, our partner is therefore unable to provide such a document. However, the vehicle has already been deregistered. The insurance company and customs are automatically informed by the authorities. After 2 to 3 weeks, the insurance and tax statements will arrive. We therefore always ask for a little patience.

If Estimoto quotes me a guaranteed fixed price, the buyer should stick to this price instead of suddenly being faced with a price reduced by 750 euros on collection. Allegedly, the tires were too old. The buyer could have raised this objection earlier. In the end, we agreed on a 550 euro reduction. I certainly don't think this transaction is okay.

Thank you for your review. We have looked at the process and spoken to the dealer. In the information provided, the tires were declared as good and not older than 6 years. On site, it turned out that the original tires were still fitted on the 10-year-old vehicle. We believe that it was justified to submit a new price proposal, as the dealer must replace the tires before a sale. Unfortunately, this is not cheap for a Harley.
