Telephone advice is always a tricky thing. After the first few moments of contact, I was immediately convinced that there was no fake behind it. I particularly liked the consultation via Zoom because you can get a real picture of the person you are talking to. I was 100% delighted with the result, especially because it is sustainable and has even improved my insurance. I can only recommend it to anyone.

My initial scepticism was quickly dispelled by Mr. Pennazzato's competent way of working. I felt very well advised by Mr. Pennazzato at all times. Unfortunately, I couldn't say the same about my insurance company, where I was only offered rates that were either more expensive or with poorer benefits. The consultation appointments were planned well in advance and then attended punctually. Mr. Pennazzatto, Etatis, was very well prepared and was able to explain the benefits clearly, so there were hardly any questions. The result for me was a surprising 45% = €3,300 savings per year.

The changeover at the health insurance company worked without any problems. Afterwards, the representative of the health insurance company got in touch and claimed "We could have done that for you free of charge". Very easy, if you do not get in touch for years before and only increase the contributions. Etatis has come with a proposal without obligation. Service should also be worth something.
