Ewatek's customer service is excellent and the sales force and craftsmen are extremely competent and know what they are talking about and doing. The company promises transparency and keeps this promise during negotiations and consultations/conversations. I received excellent information and advice on the subject of table water systems and fully automatic coffee machines.

I had the consultation with Mrs. Riede from ewatec on 26.07. because of 2 water dispensers. She convinced me directly with her open and incredibly competent manner. Just 3 weeks later it was time and the two devices were delivered and installed. Here, too, there is definitely nothing lacking, neither in speed, cleanliness nor in competence. The service is actually still capitalized here and I am very happy to work with such a great company. Unfortunately, only 5 stars can be awarded, I would make it 10 :-)

The equipment is very well used in our staff room. We clean the coffee machine with powdered milk and chocolate powder every day.
The water device is absolutely practical

With the coffee machine, the cleaning is sensitive to the fact that the powdered milk and chocolate powder, despite closed chutes, constantly lose powder when touched, and again soak the machine.
This should be fixed, by flaps that are tight when you close them.

Quick contact regarding consultation and then also a quick consultation appointment on site. Very pleasant and relaxed discussion atmosphere - very human, as one would wish. In the end, it was Mrs. Riede (thank you very much!) who introduced us to the water dispenser and we now have a total of 5 in the company. The employees are thrilled with the variety and drink significantly more! Super competent and friendly team from Ewatec.
