Expensive protective film was poorly applied by the employee. Employee was so unfriendly, boss was informed and was understanding. New film was handed out by unfriendly employee Mr. D. and showed himself unfriendly again by saying "he would not like to give me the film and would not see it."
Will not buy anything there again. Too bad

Have today bought a battery vacuum cleaner from Miele, were served by Mrs. Debelts, were super advised, the woman knew the best way to know, very nice competent saleswoman as you rarely find 5 stars, we will be happy to come to you again at the next purchase at Bening. vg Josef and Maria.
Goods were not taken back and that although one was there not even 2 hours ago. No trace of goodwill! The sales manager has no idea how to deal with a customer! Disrespectful behavior! Never again!

Again now. An employee probably did not know exactly
about a purchase with 'cashback action'.
Therefore, there was no 40 € back from Braun when buying. Actually not so bad...make all times mistakes....bei the complaint I was then professionally helped. The 40 € was paid immediately. Here the customer is king, keep it up.
Nespresso pro coffee machine handed in for repair -after explicitly asking if this brand can be repaired. Did not turn on again.
40€ prepayment for estimate. After 6 weeks !!!
Unrepaired back. No error analysis - allegedly spare parts not procurable without indication wad was defective.
Brought to Fernseh/Elektro Kramer Aurich- Esenserstr. repaired back the next day- power supply repaired 89€.
So it goes!!
Wurde weil ich Maskenbefreit bin vor der Tür abgefertigt...da fühlt man sich als Kunde zweiter Klasse...
