The handling of the appraisal was completely hassle-free, and the way her employee conducted the conversation was a super combination of professional and personal.
The findings on the extent of damage were clearly and quickly identified.
I had a very nice and from my point of view very professional contact with Mr. Schmoee. We had a video conference in which I was able to present my damage in detail. Mr. Schmoee was very committed and extremely friendly. The video conference made it possible, even over distance, to show objects and details, such as individual components, e.g. plugs or circuit boards via cell phone. I would definitely recommend experia.
It is very pleasant that it is so far advanced with the technology. It is easy to use via the app, but the lighting conditions should be improved. At least when the customer communicates via the I phone.
The employee was unfriendly. Tried to bargain money down easily. Price of the sofa determined too low and wanted to further press the price. I found outrageous. Have felt under pressure and Nl. Drauf entered. Fand im Nachhinrin me into something pure geredet.
