Personal, human support right from the start. Even when I first contacted Ms. Wagner, I had a personal contact person from the secretary's office - and then the practice manager actually called me back on the weekend to arrange the initial consultation. Now I have a therapist at the Fachzentrum Aachen who really helps me a lot.

For me: Best psychotherapist in Cologne. A very clear recommendation. Here, you as a patient are the center of attention. Thanks to the nice Ms. W. on the phone, who set everything in motion so that I could quickly get a super therapy place.

I was particularly satisfied with the comprehensive personal care. Although this is not exactly a small practice, the manager Mr. Potreck called me back immediately when I asked for help. With my therapist it "matched" namely not so (we found no access to each other). But Mr. Potreck immediately organized a change. That is really a huge advantage in the specialist center in Cologne, that they have a lot of therapists there and a change is possible without any problems in the house. Without me having to start looking again....

Here are understanding and competent therapists at work! I have already had several attempts at psychotherapy in Cologne. My previous therapists were often unavailable when I was in need. Not so at the Fachzentrum Psychotherapie Köln. A nice woman was immediately on the phone and immediately did everything so that I could still get a very quick conversation with my new Tehrapeutin.
I feel totally well cared for and understood. Here you are not left alone as a patient. I would like to warmly recommend the FAchzentrum to all people who are looking for psychotherapy in Cologne.

Very service oriented. Beautiful and well-maintained practice. Great team where you can get psychotherapeutic help for your concerns for sure. High personal commitment of the practice manager Mr. Potreck for the patients in the specialist center. Very nice lady when making appointments. Clear recommendation.
