Due to an upcoming traineeship, I contacted fairbeamtet with the request for advice on private health insurance. Only a few days later, Ms. Helle contacted me and arranged an initial meeting to discuss the health data. This also took place as agreed. After the meeting, the next appointment was arranged a week later. Until then, Ms. Helle wanted to make inquiries with insurance companies.
A week later at the agreed time. Nothing. I myself try to reach Ms. Helle by phone after a little waiting time, answering machine. I wait another 10 minutes, then try again to reach Ms. Helle. Again the answering machine, on which I now leave a message and ask her to contact me on occasion. I never heard from Ms. Helle again.
To make it clear what this bad evaluation is about: There can of course be short-term failures, etc., so this evaluation is not about the fact that an agreed appointment did not take place. What I do not understand, however, is why I never hear anything again and if it is a cancellation that further cooperation is not desired. is Perfectly fine, even the broker chooses his customers. Maybe my case was a bit more complicated, reasons may well exist and that is fine. However, the fact that I never heard anything again, not even a short one-liner by mail, is simply rude.
I am writing this review now three months later, so Ms. Helle definitely had more than enough time after my message on the answering machine for a feedback, in whatever form and with whatever result. In the meantime, by the way, I have been placed in PKV, my second attempt with another broker was a completely different experience and also successful.
