I came across the Family Lighthouse by "chance" when I was in a family crisis. I needed help and so I searched the Internet for counseling centers. From the first conversation I felt taken seriously, accepted and seen. For years I had rejected counseling and "smiled" at it. With Ms. Jentzsch's openness, her understanding and caring manner, and your professional competence, I was able to accept and endure my painful situation. I was suddenly able to take a "different" look at myself and was ready to look at my issues and thus change behaviors that were burdening me and family life. Ms. Jentzsch gave me a space in which I could see and develop myself. The counseling process and my associated personal development has contributed significantly to the fact that my wife and I have not given up on our relationship, but have found a new level about which I and WE are very grateful. The cost of counseling has been very worthwhile. After a delicate dispute situation in our patchwork family, I sought help and came out directly to Ms. Jentzsch. I can well do without a classical therapist, since we have enough experience with just those and can describe ourselves as well-reflected.
Expert knowledge is one thing, experience and know-how that goes beyond classical psychotherapy is another. This is exactly what I was looking for... and found.
My expectations were exceeded. Our actual conflict was resolved within a few sessions with different constellations. But after that it really started :-) The often unpleasant work on his personal building sites was simply lovingly initiated by Ms. Jentzsch without much ado. We were able to decide for ourselves how much to work on and at what time. With a lot of clarity, the feeling for what is important at the moment and different approaches - my son, my husband and I are very different and each got his own method or approach - she helped us to strengthen our family, our partnership and each one of us. She has made us more aware of other family members, provided clear boundaries, and given us tools and beliefs to hold on to and navigate difficult situations. Some things were so simple, but what is simple when you have feelings?

In the beginning I had a bit of a stomach ache regarding the cost and I often looked at the clock. But this relaxed after a short time. Honestly, what better way to invest my hard-earned money than in my family? This peace and balance that has come into our home since we started working with Mrs. Jentzsch is priceless!!!!
