I have digitized Super8 films. The rental service offered saves a lot of irretrievable memories. It's a good investment in scanner rental. The service is perfect. Even when the first device I rented did not work properly, a replacement was delivered very quickly and without any problems. The most important order and shipping information was sent by e-mail. Just right and not too much. One should plan enough time, because the digitization actually takes the mentioned time frame. It also makes sense to monitor the ongoing processes. Otherwise, with longer films, it would be annoying to discover at the end that some errors have crept in. I am extremely glad that I found this option and took advantage of it. If you want to save your films (or certainly photos and slides) and look at them again more often, this is the right place. Thanks to the scan experts at FBF!!!

Everything was very easy. The equipment was delivered on time. Prices ok and fair. The support and advice was very good, also the tutorials offered. Flexibility super. I could easily and flexibly keep the rented device a few days longer. Return and final invoice also ok. Overall a highly recommended solution for digitizing slides and negatives.

I rented the Reflecta DigitDia 7000. Very easy ordering process via the website and prompt delivery. Commissioning was trouble-free, the explanatory video helped well.
And now the best: Finally a customer service worthy of the name! After two diamond magazines, the scans showed yellow streaks. I was able to contact them by e-mail (on the weekend!) and was immediately offered a replacement device with a new start of the rental period! I returned the first unit and the replacement arrived a short time later.
Thanks to the excellent service, I could still scan the slides completely.

Old and personal slides from past times are something very special and should therefore (at least for us) be preserved as a personal memory.
That was the basic principle. We therefore tried to digitize this "cultural treasure" to a high quality using a mid-range purchase scanner. After a short time, it was clear that the result was not satisfactory. You definitely need an absolutely high-quality scanning technology for high-quality results. Therefore, the decision for DigitDia 7000 as a rental device!
And - without too many words - the final result was - after a few optimizations in advance - completely convincing. The technology as well as the service are absolutely worth the money. Anything else, in our experience, would definitely only be an unsatisfactory interim solution.

I rented the Epson Fastfoto FF-680W photo scanner for Mac and Windows from Scanexperte. The product completely corresponded to the information on the homepage. Very good customer service and fast delivery. If you want to digitize your old photo prints, this is a very good product. I can recommend it to others.

Everything worked out great. Order of the scanner on 22.04., delivery on 23.04. (earlier than announced). Questions about the scanner were answered quickly and completely by mail and phone, the device ran smoothly, however, contrary to my expectations, makes noise and must be supervised when it comes to problems with the film transport, which in my case had their cause in the age of the films. There is a written instruction manual, even better is the video for which one is unlocked. The result convinced me considering the age of the films. It is definitely the most cost effective way to digitize old films this way. All in all, I will definitely recommend Scanexperte.

Everything has worked flawlessly. Delivery was fast and on time. Since I had all the slides in Paximat magazines, I didn't have to move any slides. 4100 slides digitized in 11 days. Definitely watch the introductory video and then you can get started without any problems. The accompanying software is easy to understand and even laymen can handle it well. I can recommend the company FBF and the service to everyone who wants to digitize his old slides. Top !!!!
