I am really very satisfied with Febas.
I have registered my domain there. Both the offer and its price, as well as the customer service are 1a!

Especially the accessibility of the customer service is excellent. I made a support request regarding DNSSEC on a Saturday in the late afternoon and received an answer from a real employee in less than 1 hour. No call center, no chatbot, just a competent employee who was able to help in a friendly and quick manner.

I can only recommend!

Since the performance is usually the same for several providers, differentiation is only possible via price and service. Febas scores high on both counts. Above all, the sevrice is excellent.

In two and a half decades, I have experienced many hosters. I've been promised a lot and kept very little, with larger, fast-growing providers being the most negative. I have been really satisfied with Febas for several years. This hoster stands out very positively from the crowd, especially over the longer, more than five-year period considered.

Febas' technology works reliably, hosting contracts and domains are set up quickly. The support is fast and competent - you are not fobbed off with slogans but always get constructive help. All this is not overpriced, but embedded in very fair packages. Especially for smaller companies, freelancers and other lone fighters I would recommend Febas without reservation!

Perfectly happy, very good customer service is lived at FEBAS, fast and professional answers from support in case of questions.

If you are looking for an innovative hosting company with excellent customer support and fair prices, you should switch to FEBAS. There are different packages for all needs (websites, blogs, stores...). I am a longtime FEBAS customer and very satisfied. Thanks to the FEBAS team!

And by far unrivaled, Febas takes the trophy among web hosts in my eyes.

Regardless of whether it's a vServer or a hosting package - both run brutally fast, smoothly and are a huge pleasure to work with.
The programs, the uploading and downloading and the processing of the database run faster than I can react.

Also, the software and hardware is state of the art, which is immediately noticeable.
(Small example: WebP in the ImagIck module has been built in for over 10 years - No tested web hoster could offer this feature, Febas certainly can and this fact alone speaks volumes. :) )

And the support is also over the top and absolutely unrivaled - I had contacted the support on a Sunday whether he can activate something on one of his servers - No hour later came the positive feedback.

The price is absolutely justified.

Febas is my absolute favorite hoster, for which I will also actively advertise and I will not dream of changing the provider again.

Anyone who decides to use another hoster will regret it.

My first choice of web hoster was Febas almost a year ago, because I wanted to take my first test website steps with a small, fine and yet super cheap provider with a good portfolio instead of an impersonal large provider. Right decision! Received straightforward help and service several times immediately. In case of silly beginner's mistakes or questions about ways, Mr. Baumgärtner unceremoniously simply solved the concerns without long explanations, no matter at what time. I did not notice any failures or limitations. I just upgraded my free basic subscription and installed ownCloud to my WordPress site on the larger webspace. The only thing missing here is the ability to do the latest ownCloud core update. But everything works, I have confidence and am more than satisfied. I recommend very gladly.
