I completed the Feelgood Manager training course and am thoroughly impressed. Great training, great content, I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to get to grips with the topic of New Work and Feelgood Management. I immediately started putting the content into practice in my company. It worked fabulously. It's often only the little things that make a big difference.

My experience of the Feelgood & Corporate Culture Manager self-study course was positive, and a key part of this success was the inclusion of the Talent Coach app. This app enabled me to receive valuable feedback from colleagues and managers, which was often so impressive that I could hardly believe it.

The course itself was excellently organized, clearly structured and allowed me to go through the different modules step by step. This clear structure helped my learning process considerably and contributed to a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

As a mother of three children, it was a challenge to stay on the ball consistently. But with perseverance and step by step, I managed it. The online version of the course was ideal for me as it allowed me to plan my time flexibly, which was very important in my hectic everyday life. However, I missed the personal exchange and live training sessions. In hindsight, I think that booking the group course including live training would have been better for me. Nevertheless, I am now grateful and happy. A big thank you to the entire Feelgood team, including the technical support, for helping me on my way!

Yesterday I became a Feelgood Corporate Culture Manager and got my diploma. Yay.

New ideas from Doris, and so I persevered and kept going. ZOOM webinar to keep up to date via video call. That helped me a lot, as did the contact with the other trainees.

I have been involved with the topic of Feelgood Management for 10 years. I have found training courses on the subject, particularly in northern Germany, but they would have been very time-consuming and expensive due to the distance. And then - what luck - I became aware of Doris' Feelgood training course, and it was practically in my home town. Due to Corona, face-to-face training was unfortunately not possible, but I was able to work very well with the online version. The support and guidance was very good. The feedback on the assignments was always very quick and helpful. I also benefited greatly from the training personally and discovered exciting new literature.
