I can only give full marks here, because I felt super taken care of. The program itself has changed my whole life for the better and I have already lost 26 kilos and there will be more to come. Simon and Daniel are a real hit and always have an open ear. I can only conclude by saying that the program definitely leads to the goal, but you have to take your time and implement it. Again, there is no magic pill, but if you are serious about it, you will definitely reach your goal without dieting and the like. If I had known about this earlier, I would have saved myself various diets and the resulting extra kilos. I can definitely only recommend it!

I am 37 years old and after the birth of my children unfortunately never reached my old weight again. So many diets I have tried, but when "the program" is finished came the JoJo effect and already the 10kg were back on it and another 3 or 4 kg more. Since the end of November 2021 I am now on it and I do not feel it at all as a diet but as a life change. I eat almost as always, only everything much more consciously. I question the "why". Through the change I have so far "only" lost 5kg but I am much fitter and more athletic. And I know that the 5 kg are gone forever. I have participated in 2 running events over 5 km and the third is already in the pipeline. What makes me happy is that my environment notices the change. They ask me if you have lost weight, your pants are so loose. My endurance has improved a lot. I enjoy playing with my children in the garden again. I can only recommend it, anyone who doesn't want to go on a diet but wants to change their attitude is in the right place.
