I came across the FIM through a recommendation. Here I had to do with Mr. Rathert. Mr. Rathert handled the mediation very competently and well. He was very helpful at all times, even outside business hours. He handled all the procurement of documents and official matters superbly. I would use him again at any time and can highly recommend him.

Mr. Deppner and Mrs. Häbeler are very nice reliable. They have made every effort to obtain financing. Ms. Häbeler has made an online inspection possible. I am very satisfied uncomplicated and unbureaucratic worked. I will recommend them further.

I had bought an apartment house from EMIL MURACEVIC. Although there were some problems with the seller's bank, Mr. MURACEVIC was always available for me. I would buy real estate from FIM Group again anytime. Keep it up😉👍

We had personal contact with Mr. Andre Rathert of the fim group for a property inspection and can only express positive and very best reviews for the consultation, the inspection and everything that belongs to it in the run-up. The visit was professionally prepared. All questions were answered promptly and the exposé handed out was as comprehensive and detailed as I have never received in any other case. It did not become stressful or hectic because the appointments were given with sufficient distance. Also the possibility about a short consultation without a broker or seller was given to us without asking. Respect for this service and with Mr. Rathert we felt very well taken care of. In any case, we will gladly come back to Mr. Rathert and can highly recommend his work. Gladly again.

A highly professional, transparent and consistently clear sales process, which in its complexity, yet was very demanding. We sold our EFH, our broker, Mr. Andre Rathert, showed tireless commitment and a high degree of flexibility, coupled with the special ability to put himself in the needs and desires of each party and not lose sight of the goal of both. Strong in implementation and reliable, he always supported the sale in a solution-oriented manner. Exposé and photos brilliant. I have already acquired and resold several houses - the support by FIM was by far the best.
