Herr Grosshans hat sich sehr bemüht, uns eine passende Finanzierung zu beschaffen. Über ein halbes Jahr blieb er am Ball auch wenn es letztendlich aus diversen Gründen dann nicht zum Abschluss kam. Wir können ihn nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Mr. Grosshans is a nice and friendly expert in the field of construction financing. I immediately liked him and he was always able to help me quickly and competently with all problems and open questions. Communication worked smoothly via email, telephone, personal conversation and messenger service and I was often helped within just a few minutes. Mr. Grosshans also comes to you on his own if there is a problem somewhere or if the waiting times due to banks, municipalities, etc. take longer, which means you don't always have to ask yourself, as is often the case with other service providers.

My experience relates to construction financing:

Absolute recommendation!

From a very tight and hopeless situation, a much larger budget was created (compared to other financial advisors) through various tricks, which can certainly be achieved with a very creative way of thinking, but also a lot of experience.

Very good communication and accessibility of the contact person.
