Mr. Mahling explained to me how I could switch from statutory health insurance to private health insurance. We talked about it openly for a long time and he explained the advantages and disadvantages to me in a comprehensible way. Certainly, not all of them were, but the topic is simply too complex for that. Unfortunately, it currently fails because of my pre-existing conditions, but I am confident that we can make a new start in the near future. Nevertheless, I felt very well advised and therefore I rate him gladly.
