All-round carefree package coupled with honesty!
I have now asked Sandra Adler for several projects and am totally thrilled.
On the first project, she refused to help me with the financing because she felt the risk was far too high and she couldn't reconcile that with her conscience.
That convinced me the first time, because she could have closed the deal and earned from it.
On the next project, she was immediately my first port of call.
The service is outstanding, I had to take care of almost nothing.
She worked out all the bureaucratic hurdles. You are in safe hands with Finanzierungsdesign.

Two construction loans, one of which was a follow-up financing as a forward loan. Advice tailored to what I wanted and therefore not intrusive like many competitors. Friendly and structured advice combined with a coffee, which makes you feel well taken care of and the result corresponds to this. Although we are well taken care of for the coming period, we still need at least one follow-up financing and will gladly come back to Mr. Löser. We recommend Mr. Löser without reservation!

In times of rising interest rates, a loan for the construction of a multi-family house had to be organized at very short notice.
After first being disappointed with another company and wasting valuable time, Finanzierungsdesign delivered immediately. Extremely little time passed between initial consultation and offer with fixed interest rate. Not only was the interest rate satisfactory, but the bank was also very flexible with regard to the form of the contract and the collateral. For me, Finanzierungsdesign is a very clear recommendation. At this point again: Thank you very much!
