In 2019 Firmennest created our website professionally and very tastefully, which we have not changed until today. Since according to Strato now our PHP version must be updated, we have again turned to Firmennest and also reached them IMMEDIATELY by phone, which in today's times with x-queues and announcements often ends in tests of patience. We were looking for an internet agency to update our webshop. Not only the design and structure had to be improved and all articles had to be newly entered, but at the same time proven functions of our old store had to be taken over.

The first design draft absolutely convinced us. From the very beginning, we felt well looked after and professionally advised by firmennest. Even our special programming and subsequent wishes were no problem for firmennest.

From the first contact to the relaunch to the creation of new functions for our website visitors, we are absolutely thrilled with the friendly and determined cooperation. We are kept up to date with intermediate statuses and informed about the next steps. The support with all technical concerns after the relaunch was more than we expected.

Very satisfied with the result.
Not satisfied with the delivery of the website.
After we chose and paid for the more expensive package, there was not even a 5-10 minute introduction to WordPress when the new website was handed over. According to the programmer, this was not part of the offer.
We had to look for everything ourselves. We think that is pretty weak.
When you buy a new car, you don't just get the key, without words.
