So far so good. I am only 3 weeks into this program, but I can already tell that I am making long lasting changes to my lifestyle and habits. The approach is well thought out and is tailored to my needs and schedule. I am very happy I did this!

Flexible to my expectations. Never judgemental, aim to cater it to your pace and your end goal.

Positives: Mac is a very good coach, responsive and has made adjustments as needed throughout program to date. Workouts are great and have been tailored around my bodies issues / injuries and easily adjusted with a text or phone call.

Negatives: Blood work panel was a painful experience, took forever for results to be received and the delivery of results via a video message was disappointing for a premium offering that F.E.C is selling. Video lessons are OK, but all have the same feel which eventually gets repetitive and could be more efficient to deliver the message and lesson in a more efficient manor.

Bottom Line: Based on my experience so far (not done yet so subject to change), I would not recommend this to a friend of colleague and would instead advise them to get a blook panel done with a Naturopath, hire a personal trainer who is familiar with nutrition plans and do it themselves and save thousands of dollars.

The program is extremely well thought out and genuinely comprehensive. There’s no need to buy anything else online — they’ve covered every base: sleep, nutrition, digestion, food intolerances, mindset, biomechanics, and long-term habit building. There is literally nothing they don’t have training, guidance, or one-to-one coaching on.

The remote format works perfectly (10/10). The group chat is incredibly helpful, and the level of motivation, accountability, and support is outstanding. No matter your age or where you are in your fitness journey, you feel like you’re in very capable hands. They’ve seen it all and know exactly how to guide you. Really appreciated the weekly feedback and 1:1's format. Felt ultra personalized without being annoying.

I'd recommend Fit Executive Co. for the simple fact that their program works! They offer a ton of research backed science as to why, served up in the most digestible way. It's a no nonsense approach that's easy to follow and implement into any lifestyle. It's not a quick fix scam that has you chasing unsustainable weight loss. It's a lifestyle overhaul that teaches you how to become a fit and healthy person for the long run. Then there's the added bonus of having a coach and support team helping you along the way and holding you accountable. The price is a little steep but, If you're like me, and struggle with consistency, then the simplicity and extra guidance makes it worth while.

Love the videos. When you dive into the weekly content, they really help with battling the negative thoughts we often have in this process. They’ve helped me stay focused and understand that those thoughts are normal, which makes it easier to stay the course ,Arnie really helps you understand its normal .. you just have to stay the course

I would highly recommend Fit Executive Co. and Arne. The approach provided by Arne and his coaches is very structured but also tailored to your specific circumstances. There is a great library of knowledge available through videos plus your one-on-one coaching calls. The approach is very practical and doable. There is no hype as the philosophy is this is your lifestyle. They teach you to develop systems, acquire knowledge and experiment on your road to better health. Arne and the coaches are super supportive and responsive. They help you understand it is consistency, and making better choices and not about perfection. There is a high level of accountability built into the process and tools to track your inputs which ultimately drive your outcomes. The coaches design fitness workouts and are open to suggestions based on your preferences and experience. I can be discerning and critical but I 100% recommend you touch base with Arne and team if you are serious about improved health, longevity and having fun.

Imy it is without hesitation, that I recommend Fit Executive, to improve your health, well being and personal mental health. I speak about FE all the time and have recommended people to talk a look. There is no pressure to join but believe me FE was exactly what I was looking for. I had some personal priorities that have interferred with my results and the whole team understood and have accommodated my "real life situations". I loved the combination of their direct and personalized approach. The knowledge within Arne and his team is apparent immediately. The lived and proven techniques really spoke to me, add data and accountability and it's almost fool proof. I can't say enough! Arne and Jon did a fantastic job on getting me back to the energy levels and weight loss that I needed.
