I worked out at that gym for a year. At first, I really liked the gym and its modern equipment.
Over time, however, more and more issues started to crop up, so it wasn't a pleasant workout experience for me anymore.

It gets really crowded during peak hours, and the selection of equipment is pretty meager. Please pay more attention to cleanliness—it used to be better in some ways and worse in others.

It's hard to get in touch with them, and there's often dirt on the floor that never seems to get cleaned. The sauna is always closed, and there's no information available anywhere.

Everything is very well-kept, but the music is only worth 3 stars—it gets annoying after a while. Just turn on a radio station and you’re good to go—Sunshine Live, for example 😉

Overall, I really like my gym, Fitomat. It’s quiet and not crowded, which makes working out very pleasant and relaxing.
However, I wish there were more machines, as the selection is a bit limited. Also, the changing rooms and restrooms aren’t separated by gender, which I find a bit inconvenient.
Still, the overall atmosphere is pleasant

The facilities are very pleasant and modern, making you feel right at home. The main criticism is clearly the hygiene and cleaning standards. In addition, there should be clear signage in the facilities reminding people of basic hygiene standards when using the equipment. There are people who don’t use towels or sanitize—I question whether these people even read the push notifications, although I personally think this type of communication is great. Overall, the workouts are fun, and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. ;)
