The Saarbruecken studio is on the mend, much more can be made of it. Communicating and asking members is important.
Courses are important, for everyone. Virtual not only in the morning. Coaching and training employees so that they can also inspire. Team spirit, not only standard coil.

they are scammers i have cancelled my contract and they are still deducting money i have sent them a final warning see how they respond otherwise i will get a lawyer. I have it all over emails luckily and have all the proof.

I trained at Fitone Harburg, the advertising and promises were great. After a short time, it became clear that the advertising did not deliver what it promised. The trainers were only very rarely on site.
A constant change of trainers took place, .the hygiene left much to be desired. When I cancelled the contract in 2020, I was assured that the contract would be terminated in May 2021. Due to the pandemic, I was informed in writing that the contract would continue until August 2021. This is not legal according to consumer protection. Several letters to Fitone with the request to reverse these amounts have not been successful. I have not even received a response. I will take legal action.

Die Studios sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind klasse, der Sauna-Bereich ist super und das Konzept im ganzen echt gut. ABER der Service im Hintergrund ist die absolute Katastrophe. Die Antworten auf Mails dauern über 4 Wochen, falls es überhaupt eine Antwort gibt. Sollte man das Glück haben und eine Info bekommen, kann diese von heute auf morgen auch wieder hinfällig sein.

The equipment is very extensive and high quality...VERY nice!!
HOWEVER, The gym is very sloppy and unorganised.
( not very COVID safe )
There is no care taken by members or staff to
organise equipment, so many items have to be searched for and
are not found. This hinders the workout experience and has
negative overall atmosphere to the facility.

With a little effort this gym could be amazing but unfortunately
right now it is less than McFIT atmosphere but charging more than McFIT prices.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice!

Meine Kündigung erfolgte im August 2021 und wurde auch bestätigt. Mein Vertragsverhältnis war somit zum November des gleichen Jahres beendet. Fit One bucht dennoch fleißig Monatsbeiträge ab. Insgesamt 3 sind sie mir schuldig. Auf Anrufe und Mails wird nicht reagiert.

Hinzukommt, dass sich durch die Schließung durch die Pandemie ein persönliches Konsumguthaben gesammelt hat, was Fit One trotz mehrfach geäußerten Wunsch leider nicht auszahlt.

Im Studio wird lediglich die Nummer der Verwaltung ausgehändigt, dessen Öffnungszeiten von montags - freitags zwischen 8 - 12 Uhr ist. Seit Wochen probiere ich es täglich und hatte noch keinen Erfolg.

Schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich jemals mit einem Fitnessstudio gemacht habe!

Who decided to train dart will quickly regret it! Very bad store.
Staff uneducated and cheeky. !!!!
Was kicked out today just because I briefly had my masks not on it. Then even insulting, when I asked him for his name I got as an answer he was the boss, 🤣
If the boss deals with his customers so I wonder what this is for a load🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
So what I have never experienced.
