Florian helped us with the valuation of several apartments and a semi-detached house. The coordination was quick and uncomplicated and he always responded quickly.
He also took enough time for the valuation and always explained all the steps and special features that needed to be taken into account. The explanations in particular helped us as laypeople to better understand the property valuation process.
All in all, we are very satisfied and have a suitable basis for the valuation of the property. Should we need a valuation again, we will contact Florian again!

Despite challenging circumstances, he was very friendly and competent, got right to the point, helped me discover new approaches, and prevented me from taking steps that seemed sensible at first glance but hadn’t been fully thought through.

I contacted Mr. Mahn-Bartholme regarding the purchase of a residential property. Within a short time, he provided me with excellent financing offers and explained them to me in detail. He also took into account very specific parameters that other brokers didn’t even address. As a result, a truly customized offer was developed.

Mr. Mahn-Bartholme took plenty of time for the consultation and managed to explain even complex issues to me in a clear and understandable way. He gave me valuable tips on how to carry out my project and also pointed out possible solutions that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. In doing so, he also communicated “unpleasant truths” openly and in a way that was easy to understand. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Mahn-Bartholme and would certainly rely on his expertise again at any time should I need further financing.

Thank you so much for your expert and efficient advice! The lower monthly payment was truly an excellent recommendation on your part. That way, even though we’re no longer receiving a salary, we still have some money left over to make repairs and minor improvements to the house without feeling guilty. That’s a huge relief. Any “extra” money can then be put toward the loan through annual lump-sum payments. Compared to your competitors, you were ultimately the only one who recommended exactly the right terms for us. Thank you again!
