Three days ago I handed in my bachelor thesis. I had to collect myself for three days to reflect this wonderful collaboration. Flo is the warmest person in the world. He understands not only your work, but also your difficulties and the obstacles that you don't immediately notice. He is available 24/7 for you and always takes the time you need. I am accompanied by Florian since October this year. My problem was: Before the beginning I was in a crisis of thought and had my difficulties to internalize and implement the important contexts of scientific work for me. In search of support - but there was still the skepticism in relation to the seriousness of companies in social networks (you hear a lot on TV, etc.).

Development until today: Then I met Florian and already at the beginning he gave me a good and secure feeling in dealing with each other. With his patient, competent and empathic manner he got me out of this crisis. The process has been flawless to this day.

Communication: This takes place regularly, after previously agreed appointments by Telefonie or Telegram. WhatsApp is also an alternative.
The development takes place in a joint Google Document. Thus, I am linked with him and he can access the work well and manageable together with me.

Although Florian already serves numerous people, he takes time for each individual. I called him yesterday at a late hour because I had a BlackOut and he helped me out. Of course, this doesn't always work, which goes without saying, but he puts in an incredible amount of effort and accompanies on the journey to the thesis. A reliable partner at all times!

Competence: He does NOT just work through things. He supports thought processes, gives impulses on wrong ways and teaches sometimes even if you have chosen the sheep way. Thanks to his years of experience as a proofreader, he knows what to do and it shows.

When writing my thesis, I get important impulses for my revision, so that in the end every partial result becomes very good.

I stood in front of my thesis as if in front of a huge, seemingly impregnable mountain. I had no idea how to get over this mountain. There was no support from the university on how exactly to write a thesis, what to include, how to structure it, etc. There is a wealth of information on the Internet and in books. There is a lot of information on the internet and in books. But these didn't really get me anywhere, because I still didn't know how to go about it and how to get started. Then, while searching for help, I came across Flo. I thought I could at least give it a try and see if such coaching could be helpful. After the first phone call it was already clear: we speak the same language. Flo understood directly what was wrong with me. Suddenly the huge mountain range was just a mountain and I saw the path that leads over it. Flo walked the path with me and put up signposts so that I couldn't get lost or take a wrong turn at all. He was always there for me and approachable if there were any questions or confusion. I work full time and have children, so I don't have a lot of time. Nevertheless, thanks to Flo, I was able to complete the work without stress. In the end I was surprised how rounded the work became and what new aspects I still found. Even my fear of discussion was suddenly no longer a problem and could be written fluently, once I had understood what it was all about and Flo explained to me exactly what had to be done in this part of the work. Communication with Flo is very easy online, everything is clear and well structured. Flo is also available on weekends if there is an urgent question. He did the proofreading and formatting for me, which gave me a very good feeling. Again, the supervision was excellent. Flo again brought my work to a better level linguistically by asking questions. I didn't have to worry about the printing either. We discussed how the printed copies should look and they were delivered to my house the very next day. You can certainly write a thesis like this without a coach. But the coaching helped me a lot to work in a motivated and structured way the whole time. I went through an incredible learning process through the coaching, which is reflected in the work and will also be very helpful to me in the future.
