Communication and coaching. These are probably the two keywords with which the colleague from flowedoo masterfully ensured that we were able to work as a team in a focused and calm manner during our stressful project.

The problem with this project was that an enormous workload had to be managed in a short space of time. Initially, many of those involved in the project did not believe that the deadline could be met at all and that the project had any chance of being successfully completed, which was not good for the mood or the progress of the work.

The flowedoo project manager not only played an organizational role in ensuring that 87% of the work could be completed 2 months before the deadline (with a total time frame of 10 months). He also kept the negative emotions away from the working units with a sure instinct.

We were able to deliver despite enormous deadline pressure. This and the transparency created improved management confidence. We have been able to deliver all milestones on time and our department has received special recognition for this. Flowedoo played a large part in this.

The cooperation with Flowedoo was characterized by the goal-oriented way of working, which does not contain any consulting platitudes, but is oriented towards the individual topics of the team.
The appropriate methods were adapted according to the needs of the situation.
A very pleasant interaction and a suitable, constructive chemistry among each other are important catalysts and complete the picture.

The collaboration has greatly enriched the team and has also had a very positive impact on me personally.
