With our experience since our establishment in 1996, we provide service and quality that makes our customers satisfied. ...Since then, the implementation of this mission statement ensures a sustainable expansion, so that today we can be active for you in a large number of federal states through our network of branches and selected cooperation partners.
In the past, we have also expanded our service competence to include the area of food hygiene. Thus, we are also available to our customers as a competent contact partner in this area. In addition, we constantly monitor the changing market requirements and adapt our service portfolio and develop innovations for you such as our iControl permanent rodent box, which transmits the catch success fully automatically via GPRS.
Nationwide, we serve more than 3,000 business customers of all industries and sizes. Our services range from acute pest control to the creation of individual concepts according to IFS, AIB or BRC. Corresponding documentation and service measures are a matter of course for our motivated, competent IHK-certified pest controllers.
We are particularly proud of our certifications according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 16636. These quality management systems ensure the monitoring and compliance with all requirements of the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances, the DIN standards, as well as the TRGS 523 for the field of pest control. Safety for people and the environment is our top priority.
Of course, we are an active member of the German Pest Control Association (Deutscher Schädlingsbekämpfer Verband e. V.) and the Association of Regional Pest Control Companies (Verbund Regionaler Schädlingsbekämpfer e. V.).
